These terms govern your use of this website and our text message program. They are offered by The Valoram Group LLC, doing business as Valoram Annuity Advisors ("we," "us," or "our"). By using this site, submitting a form, or enrolling in our text messages, you agree to these terms.

What we provide

We are a licensed insurance agency. We provide educational consultations about retirement income and annuity products. If you submit a form or book a consultation, you are not obligated to buy anything. An annuity is purchased only through a signed application with the issuing insurance company.

General information only. Nothing on this website or in our messages is tax, legal, or investment advice for your particular situation. Annuities are insurance products. They are not FDIC insured and are not bank deposits. Guarantees are backed solely by the claims-paying ability of the issuing insurer, and surrender charges may apply.

Text message (SMS) program

  1. Program description. Valoram Annuity Advisors sends text messages to people who agree to receive them. Service messages include appointment confirmations and reminders, replies to your questions, and updates about services you requested. If you separately agree to marketing messages, we may also send educational content about retirement income and annuities, workshop invitations, and service announcements.
  2. How you enroll. You are enrolled only when you check an SMS consent box on our website form or when you text us first. You do not have to agree to texts to submit a form or to buy any product or service. By enrolling, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you are the account holder or regular user of the mobile number you provided.
  3. Message frequency. The number of messages varies.
  4. Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for our messages, but your mobile carrier may charge you under your plan.
  5. Opting out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to the number that messaged you. You will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and then no more messages. To join again, sign up the same way you did the first time.
  6. Help. If the program is not working as expected, reply HELP for assistance or contact us at [email protected] or (408) 825-6726.
  7. Carrier liability. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device, and the program may not be available on every carrier.
  8. Privacy. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information. We do not share or sell mobile opt-in data or consent to any third party.

Email and phone

By giving us your contact information, you agree that we may contact you about the services you asked about. You can unsubscribe from email at any time using the link in any email.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site to submit false information, to submit someone else's contact information, to try to gain unauthorized access, or to interfere with how the site works.

Intellectual property

All content on this site belongs to us or is used with permission. It may not be reproduced without our written consent.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

This site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from your use of this site or your reliance on its content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the revised terms.
