The Valoram Group LLC, doing business as Valoram Annuity Advisors ("we," "us," or "our"), operates this website. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have.

  • Information you give us. Your name, email address, phone number, and anything else you enter in our forms or tell us during a consultation.
  • Usage information. Standard web data such as the pages you visit, your browser type, and the page that referred you.

How we use it

  • To respond to your inquiries and contact you about retirement income and annuity services
  • To schedule, confirm, and remind you about appointments
  • To send you text messages, but only if you have agreed to receive them (see below)
  • To meet our legal and regulatory obligations as a licensed insurance agency

Text messaging (SMS)

We do not share or sell mobile information. We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories of sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. We do not share this information with any third party.

How we collect your number and consent. We collect your mobile number and SMS consent only when you give them to us yourself. This happens when you check an SMS consent box on our website form or when you text us first. We record the date, time, and wording of the consent you agreed to. You do not have to agree to text messages to submit a form or to buy any product or service.

What we send. We send appointment confirmations and reminders, replies to your questions, and updates about services you asked for. If you also agree to marketing messages, we may send educational content about retirement income and annuities, workshop invitations, and service announcements. The number of messages varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation and then no more texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below. Opting out of texts does not affect your ability to work with us by phone or email.

Who we share information with

Except for SMS opt-in data and consent, which we never share (see above), we share your information only with:

  • Our licensed advisors and staff who work with you directly
  • Service providers that run our systems (scheduling, email, messaging, and CRM), who may use it only to provide those services
  • Insurance carriers, but only when you choose to apply for a product with that carrier
  • Regulators or authorities when the law requires it

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other agents or companies for their own marketing.

Your choices

  • Email: use the unsubscribe link in any email.
  • Text: reply STOP.
  • Access or deletion: email us at the address below and we will reply within 30 days.
  • California residents: you can ask what personal information we hold about you and ask us to delete it, and we will not treat you differently for making the request.

Data retention and security

We keep your information only as long as we need it to provide our services and to meet legal and recordkeeping requirements. We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect it. However, no method of transmitting data over the internet is completely secure.

Children

Our services are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when the current version took effect.
